Pine Glades Neighborhood Construction Update Dear Pine Glades Neighbor: Excavation at the Pine Glades site will commence this week. We sincerely hope to make this process as minimally intrusive for you as possible. I do understand that any construction is a nuisance and the more work to be done, the more potential for nuisance. On the other hand, I will personally be vigilant during construction and will do all I can to minimize disturbance. Regular construction updates (as well as the Construction Management Plan) will be posted on the Pine Glades website (www.pineglades.com). We also intend to keep you apprised throughout the process with door flyers but please feel free to call me or a member of my team (contact information pasted below) directly to address concerns in an attempt to catch issues early. The following gives you a rough idea of what to expect in coming weeks: South Cache Street o Week of July 14, 2008: ? Designation of disturbance areas with an orange safety fence; ? Removal of bushes and trees on Access Tunnel Easement; ? Mobilization of Equipment on Access Tunnel Easement; and ? Building of a safety berm on lower section of Access Tunnel Easement. o Week of July 21, 2008: ? Excavation of Access Tunnel. Upper Pine Drive o Week of July 14, 2008: ? Mobilization of Equipment; and ? Removal of trees in the labeled disturbed area; o Week of July 14, 2008: ? Approximately 20 truckloads of logs (over a two to three week period) will be hauled off-site; o End of July/Early August, 2008: ? Excavation of the Upper Road and Foundations will begin; and ? Approximately 20 truckloads of dirt (per day) will be hauled off-site.
